Job Description

  • Oversee and supervise entire Customer Service Department
  • Analyzing statistics and data for determination of level of customer service provided
  • Provide continuous training and development of staffs including regular feedbacks and ways to improve
  • Involvement in developing customer service standards, policies and procedures and documentation of the same.
  • Work closely with other departments in order to resolve customer complaints tactfully
  • Be a mentor to the team and able to solve problems
