Job Description

This is for a night-position for a US-based law firm focusing on immigration.  You will be working the night shift and servicing clients all over the US.  You must be fluent in handling calls in English and Nepali.  You are expected to work the night shift from Monday through Friday.

We prefer candidates who will commit to two years.  Qualified candidates can be contacted for an interview before the final deadline and you are encouraged to apply sooner.

Your duties include scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and managing calls and emails. You may also be required to assist other colleagues.

To ensure success, you should exhibit excellent communication skills and competency in general office administration.  You must pay attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required.

Some Responsibilities:

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Assisting clients and visitors with the location and phone of legal staff.
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments.
  • Observing business etiquette, and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Directing the flow of email, documents, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients.
  • Completing various forms and assisting other colleagues when needed.
