Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are looking for a highly experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, contract administration, and construction of major infrastructure works. This is a site-based position in Sankhuwasabha.

Other Specification
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum 15 years in construction works.
Experience in the construction of at least one road tunnel and one steel truss/steel arch bridge.
At least 5 years as a Project/Construction Manager.
Experience managing projects with a contract value of NRs. 1,450,000,000 or more.
Professional Skills: Project Management, Construction Management, Contract Management, FIDIC knowledge.
Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of contract-related correspondence.
