We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, coordinating teams, monitoring progress, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining project documentation while working closely with management and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver correct work within deadlines
Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and project requirements simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Follow project instructions accurately and without deviation
Give updates in 2–3 short, clear status sentences
Show visible progress and complete tasks properly

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Required Age:Less than 35 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
2+ years of similar experience
Strong memory, clear communication, and pressure handling
Fast learner with strict instruction-following discipline
Proficiency in project management tools, methods, and technology
Proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Workspace or Google Workspace

Work Setup:

6 working days per week
Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Weekly off may fall on Saturday or Sunday
Location: Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur (Near Pepsicola)
Age: 24 yrs to 30 yrs

Ideal Fit:

Someone who understands quickly, remembers accurately, communicates shortly, follows instructions strictly, and delivers completed work without repeated follow-ups.

Note: Salary is negotiable for the deserving candidate based on their experience and skills.
