Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Operator - Non-Gazetted to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an experienced +2 Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the related field. The candidate should possess sound knowledge of MS Office, Graphic design, Basic video editing (Premiere Pro), photography and other software handling skills. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and maintain computer systems and networks 
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners 
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks 
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues 
  • Provide technical support to staff and students for software, hardware, and network-related issues 
  • Maintain and update system documentation and inventory records 
  • Ensure data security and perform data backups regularly 
  • Manage user accounts and permissions 
  • Assist with the design and maintenance of the school's website 
  • Create and maintain databases for student records and other necessary data
