Hotstone is seeking a proactive and skilled Manager to oversee daily operations and drive organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will manage communication, reporting, and team coordination while supporting strategic initiatives and vendor/partner negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily communication, reporting, and maintain Excel trackers.
• Support strategy development, budgeting, and negotiations with vendors/partners.
• Lead, mentor, and assign tasks to team members, monitoring performance.
• Coordinate cross-departmental operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, and industry trends.
• Draft and review professional communications, proposals, and reports.
• Identify operational gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and growth
