Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking professional and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers, clients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customers in a professional and well-manner
Deliver excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
Greet customers, clients and other visitors in a friendly and professional way
Handling incoming calls, emails and inquiries promptly
Maintain a welcoming and clean reception area
Provide accurate information in-person or via phone/mail
Processing payments, maintaining accurate records of transactions, and assisting with billing as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 cleared, Bachelor running preferred
Prior experience in front desk is a plus
Good command over English & Nepali
Basic computer skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle customer issues and resolve problems calmly and efficiently.

Store Timings: 10 AM - 7 PM
