Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Executive Search Unit of Merojob is seeking a proactive Communication Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, engage effectively with stakeholders, and support company growth through consistent and impactful communication efforts.

Create and execute communication plans that support organizational goals and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
Coordinate and Conduct the regular LIVE video broadcasting on the digital platform
Plan, coordinate with the presenter and conduct regular webinars through the company platform
Conduct regular surveys with the company’s stakeholders and prepare reports for further actions
Research for relevant content, localize as per audience base and publish regular newsletters and blogs in various media attracting and engaging the target audience
Develop, edit, and manage engaging content for various platforms, including social media, the company website, newsletters, and press releases
Ensure that all communication aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and supports a positive brand image
Coordinate with marketing team to gain insights into market trends, audience preferences, and competitor strategies to enhance communication efforts
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or Head of Department in a timely and effective manner
