We are seeking a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and growing our online community. This role is perfect for someone who understands trends, communicates effectively, and can translate ideas into impactful digital strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
Create, publish, and manage high-quality content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design team for graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Monitor daily activity across all platforms, respond to messages/comments, and engage with followers.
Ensure brand consistency in messaging, visuals, and tone across all digital channels.
Stay updated with current trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to support events, promotions, and announcements.
Manage online reputation and handle customer queries professionally.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and ad management tools.
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
Ability to create engaging captions, scripts, and ideas for posts and videos.
Intermediate graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus).
Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently with creativity.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the education or service industry.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
