Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking dynamic and professional Front Desk Officers to join our team. The candidates should have a creative mindset and the ability to manage social media platforms, including creating engaging content for TikTok.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle front desk operations including calls, emails, and appointments.
Manage and update the company’s social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging social media content including photos, short videos, and reels.
Respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely manner.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum undergraduate (Bachelor's) level education.
Good command of English (verbal and written).
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Prior experience in front desk, social media management, or content creation is a plus but not mandatory.
