Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Communication Officer at Sajilo Sewa located in Lalitpur District. The Communication Officer is responsible for managing all client interactions, service requests, and communications in a timely and professional manner. They maintain accurate records, assign technicians for site visits, consult clients on estimates, keep them updated on work status, and address any grievances. The role also involves preparing performance reports, planning site visits, assisting during emergencies, and supporting operations to ensure effective service delivery.

  • Manage all client inquiries, service requests, and communication channels in a timely manner to ensure prompt and effective resolution. Maintain organized tracking and documentation.
  • Oversee maintenance of accurate and current customer relationship management system records. Verify data integrity through regular audits to identify any duplicates, gaps, or irregularities.
  • Strategically assign field experts for site visits and urgent orders based on availability, skill sets, and logistical factors to meet service benchmarks. Proactively coordinate with all involved parties to facilitate rapid on-site mobilization.
  • Prepare comprehensive site visit estimates inclusive of all costs and variables. Consult with clients to align on scope, negotiate optimal terms, and follow up to secure approvals within expected time frames.
  • Keep clients continuously informed regarding project status, company updates, and any issues that may impact operations through regular personalized outreach via calls, emails, and engagement platforms. Address complaints promptly and foster positive long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a robust schedule of planned site visits. Lead weekly operational meetings to review processes and identify areas for performance improvement.
  • Prepare insightful weekly and monthly analyses summarizing key service metrics, engagement trends, and recommendations to optimize operations, resources, and systems.
  • Support Project and On-Call teams during peak periods, emergencies, and other scenarios requiring surge capacity. Leverage experience to provide guidance on technician task prioritization and scheduling.

REQUIRED EXPERTISE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with experience of 1 years in the relevant sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the crisis handling and critical issue management.

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in both English and Nepali
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well under stress and pressure
  • Proven negotiation skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of Service Based Industry and Technical Experts
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of relevant software e.g. Microsoft office, Google Sheet and other Relevant Software
