• Engineering Geologist - Requirements: Master's degree in civil engineering with 15 years of experience in hydropower/dam projects.
• Structural Engineer - Requirements: Master's degree in civil engineering with 15 years of experience in hydropower/dam projects.
• Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis Expert (irrigation/agriculture/natural resources management) - Requirements: Master's degree & bachelor's degree in civil engineering with 15 years of experience in hydropower/dam projects.
• Construction Planning and Scheduling Expert - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in civil engineering with 15 years of professional experience in the preparation of construction Plans and Schedules of hydropower/dam as a construction planner.
• Cost Engineer/Quantity Surveyor - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in civil/or other related discipline with 15 years of experience as cost engineer/estimator in hydropower/dam projects.
• Project Economist - Economic & Financial Analysis - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in economics or finance or Engineering economics or Business Administration with 15 years of experience in economic analysis, economic study of the displaced people, involving permanent resettlement of Project Affected Families as Economist in financial analysis of hydropower/dam projects.
• Project Risk Analyst - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in engineering economics, energy economics or finance or business administration with 15 years of experience in compressive assessment of technical and financial risk including risk assessment in hydropower/dam projects.
• Power System Planning Expert - Requirements: Master's degree in power system planning with 15 years of experience in power system planning or related discipline.
• Electrical/Powerhouse engineer - Requirements: Master's degree in electrical engineering with 15 years of experience in the design and preparation of specifications of powerhouse electrical equipment in hydropower/dam projects.
• Hydro-mechanical Engineer - Requirements: Master's degree in mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in the preparation of hydro-mechanical design specifications of hydro-mechanical components in hydropower/dam projects.
• Mechanical Engineer (Powerhouse) - Requirements: Master's degree in mechanical engineering with 15 years of experience in the preparation of powerhouse mechanical equipment design specifications, and conditions of contract at the detailed engineering study in hydropower/dam projects as an electro-mechanical engineer.
• Transmission Line & Sub-station Engineer - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in high voltage/electrical engineering with 15 years of experience in the design of transmission lines and substations of 400 kV or above voltage class as transmission line & substation engineer in hydropower/dam projects.
• Contract Specialist: - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or law or engineering with 15 years of experience in the preparation of conditions of the contracts in hydropower/dam projects. Experience shall also cover tender document preparation, negotiation, and arbitration of reservoir projects type Hydropower Project of 683MW and scale to 180m height.
• GLOF Expert - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in engineering/natural science/hydrology with 15 years of experience in the study of climate change in hydropower/dam projects. Experience in hydrological and meteorological studies including GLOF and climate change for hydropower projects in the Hindu Kush region as a hydrologist or GLOF (Glacial Lake Outburst Flood) expert will be an added advantage of the expert.
• Climate Change Expert - Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in engineering /natural science/hydrology with 10 years of experience in the study and analysis of the impact of climate change in hydropower/dam projects, preferably in the Hindu Kush region.
