The selected individual would be responsible for:

• The Setting up of the new HR policy
• The Setting up of the R&R system
• The Ideation & Execution of Employee Skill-enhancement Programs
• The Ideation & Execution of Employee Productivity-enhancement Programs
• The Ideation & Recommendation of solutions to Optimize Operational Processes

The selected individual is expected to be equipped with the following skills:

• The candidate should have 10 or more years of experience in a managerial position in the HRD department,having led the same for 3 or more years, ideally in the FMCG sector
• Outstanding Leadership Skills
• Outstanding Communication Skills
• Outstanding Analytical Skills to devise effective nationwide strategies
