(BIG Industries), invites applications from highly motivated, dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented candidates having experience in food grain sales and distribution business for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Qualification and Experience:

  • Having at least 5+ years of working experience
  • In-depth knowledge of food grain market supply chain
  • Ability to train, develop and manage large executive teams
  • Executive presence and ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a high-stress environment
  • Ability to accelerate business growth, drive business in compliance with the mission and vision of the public limited company
  • Define schedules, targets, and deadlines and monitor to attain defined business growth
  • Ability to analyze the market trends, use marketing tools, and review MIS reports
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships with distributors, dealers, and stakeholders
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, excellent ability to lead and manage the team
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the network and organization

Job Description

  • Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization and with the Board of Directors as an effective developer of solutions to business opportunities & challenges
  • Plan, develop, implement and direct the organization’s operational and executive function; monitor performance; implement the company’s strategies.
  • Take initiatives for long-term sustainable growth, short term business return, strategic planning, and introduction of new strategies and policies for establishing the company brand & business network
  • Develop credibility and authority for the sales and marketing leadership team by providing accurate analysis of sales budgets, reports, marketing trends, and operational procedures
  • Create, improve, implement and enforce policies and procedures of the organization that will improve the operational and marketing effectiveness of the company
  • Provide expert marketing and business promotion guidance and advice to team with in executive leadership
  • Improve marketing and business promotion planning and sales budgeting process continually by educating departments and members of corporate leadership
  • Provide strategic input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organization; specifically relating to product designing & branding, supply chain management, dealership and distribution network management, managing financing and banking relationships
  • Evaluate the company’s sales and marketing, financial, and operational structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies
  • Developing Sales & Business forecast/Market Potential/ Competition analysis and marketing strategy and operationalize it, ensure execution of plans and target achievement
  • Work with the finance team to develop a solid MIS & reporting mechanism, working capital management, cash flow projection, and management
  • Act as a strategic advisor and consultant, offering expert advice on contracts, negotiations, or business deals
  • Mentor and interact with members of staff at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all staff
  • Develop strategic plans, strategies, and policies for various steps of distributor/dealer development and ensure its execution
  • Acquire, develop, and manage the executive team to establish a distribution network for the company
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new brands and competition status
  • Develop marketing campaigns, materials, and events to promote company products, formulate ideas, and research to develop sales strategies
  • Present MIS report to BOD, including sales, revenue, profitability, market presence reports, and realistic forecasts
