Job Description

  • Develop and implement business strategies, set plans and direction ensuring it’s alignment with short term and long term objectives set forth by the Company Board
  • Develop and Lead the management team to motivate, build and develop a high performing managerial team with strong succession planning
  • Oversee all operational and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with overall strategy and mission of the company
  • Allocate capital to company’s priorities and make investing decisions to advance the business and increase profitability
  • Enforce adherence to legal guidelines to ensure that the company’s legal, business, and financial and governance issues are in place
  • Improve the company’s culture, values and behaviour
  • Build and enhance relationships with key stake holders
  • Develop deep knowledge of current global market trends in the industry and modern business practices for implementation internally
  • Board and Shareholder representation
