Excellent understanding of local and international accounting principles and standards.
Strong knowledge of legal practices, government regulations and compliance procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems.

Job Description

Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role.
Develop and implement internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
Establish and maintain systems for cost sensitivity analysis and early warning of cost overruns.
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Work with both internal and external auditors during financial and operational audits.
Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and work closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
Ensure consolidation of accounts through the ERP system.
Perform any other job assigned by the HOD.
