  •  Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in the section assigned and assist with overseeing the daily operation of the kitchen
  • Ensure food portioning, serving, requisitions and receiving from stores are properly controlled
  • Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service according to the standards required by the management
  • Passionate, creative, attention to details
  • Good communication skills in English
  • High school or vocational course in Food production is preferred
