The Chat Analyst will be responsible for managing client communication primarily through chat and written channels. The role involves responding to client inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality written communication. The Chat Analyst will also guide team members, maintain communication standards, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client communication through chat and written platforms.
Respond to client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure clear, accurate, and grammatically correct written communication.
Monitor conversations and maintain service quality standards.
Assist team members with complex client queries.
Maintain proper documentation of client interactions.
Identify recurring issues and report them to management.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service efficiency.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree ( running or completed) in Business, Management, or a related field.
Min. 1 yr experience preferred; however, freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Strong written English communication skills.
Experience in client handling, chat support, or communication-based roles.
Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Leadership or team handling experience is preferred.

Other Information

Office Timing: 11 AM to 7 PM
