Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively promote and sell our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing detailed information about products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Promote and sell products/services to meet sales targets.
Ensure the proper display of products and promotional materials.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the management.
Maintain an organized and presentable store or workspace.
Accurately record sales transactions and maintain daily sales reports.
Handle cash and digital payments, ensuring accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Minimum SLC/SEE pass (preferred).
Experience: Prior experience in sales is an advantage but not mandatory.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using a computer and/or Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Friendly and approachable personality.

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: Negotiable for the deserving candidate based on their experience and skills.
