Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for our rapidly growing Recruitment Company. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who is passionate about workforce development and has a proven track record in the recruiting industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the company is staffed with well-trained, quality, and engaged employees at all times; works closely with the executive management team to develop effective hiring, training, and compensation plans to retain our quality talent; and leads and mentors staff, engaging and empowering them to be successful in serving clients.
  • Ensures quality metrics are achieved through sound business processes following regulatory agency guidelines.
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Monitors company performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
  • Lead and motivate the management team to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and motivate the staff and all departments to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients, ensuring they are up-to-date on the sourcing stages, documentation, and application process of each candidate.
  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences, building the company's brand and reputation.
