Roles and responsibilities of this job
The Business Head – Zero B shall be responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the overall business operations of the Zero B brand, including strategic planning, sales growth, dealership network expansion, market expansion, channel development, profitability, team leadership, and customer relationship management.The role requires a dynamic business leader capable of driving revenue growth, strengthening dealer/distributor networks, enhancing market penetration, and establishing Zero B as a leading water purification and treatment solutions brand in Nepal.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Zero B water purification and treatment solutions
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, corporate clients, and institutions.
Promote and expand market presence in residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and industrial sectors
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client consultations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and technical documentation for prospective clients / dealers.
Achieve assigned sales targets and market development objectives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth installation, delivery, and customer service
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project marketing
Experience in water treatment, building materials, engineering products, or technical solutions will be preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
