Reports to: Sales Manager
Employment type: Full-time, field-based

Job Summary

Promote and sell our supplements, tea, coffee etc. to retailers, distributors and institutions in your assigned area, and record every activity so that progress can be tracked.

Key Responsibilities

Visit assigned shops, pharmacies, institutions and distributors according to the weekly plan.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Present products, explain benefits and take orders.
Open new accounts and re-activate inactive customers.
Ensure products are displayed properly and stock is available at outlets.
Submit daily visit reports and order details to the Sales Manager.
Follow up on payments and collections.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Maintain a good relationship with customers and handle their queries politely.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 or Bachelor's degree (Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Food or Health-related preferred).
1–2 years of field sales experience preferred; motivated freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Good Nepali communication skills; basic English and basic computer or mobile app skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to travel in the field.
Own two-wheeler and a valid license preferred.

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary up to NPR 20,000
Sales commission or target-based incentive.
Extra bonus for exceeding targets.
Food, Travel or fuel allowance as per company policy.

Salary: NPR 20,000 and above (based on experience), plus allowances and commission on sales
