Job Description

The business development officer is responsible for whole sole tender & other company full-proof documentation and preparing for bids, tenders and re-tenders. They will also support Business Development activity by carrying out research, market intelligence work, market analysis and attending provider events in the region. They ensure all allocated administration and technical tasks are performed efficiently, effectively and accurately to assist all the departments in the smooth running of the office and administration functions. 

  • Researching organisations and individuals online, newspaper’s and etc... to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Prepare invitation of bid form, and email form
  • Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjusts them to the frameworks given by the customers
  • Make presentation, content, design, policies and scheme of company when necessary
  • Engage in market research in order to identify new opportunities for business.
  • Explain to potential customers about the various benefits offered by company
  • Develop business proposals for existing and new customers
  • Ensure all applications, submissions and business proposals comply with together’s branding policy both internally and externally
