Working Hrs: Purnaa office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, but a flexible work schedule may be required to meet deadlines

Salary: Nrs 44,900 after probation (Nrs 30,000 during probationary period). Additional benefits include health allowance, transportation allowance, SSF, and more.


Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

1. Overall responsibility for a specific business segment and/or product category

  • Acting as the primary point of contact with the customers and championing their needs internally, and helping to solve any issues
  • Support long-term sales strategy, focusing Purnaa sales toward repeatable and scalable product sales
  • Understand Purnaa’s focus capabilities and keep orders within those capabilities
  • Personally seek out new strategic leads for Purnaa’s long-term growth
  • Building and sustaining strong relationships with customers within the segment, which helps in securing long-term consistent production for Purnaa
  • Nurture long-term relationships by following-up with customers regularly, understanding their business
  • plans and specific needs, and developing solutions that meet those needs to ensure satisfaction and loyalty

2. Receive and follow-up to inquiries

  • Track inbound-leads and follow up with them using the Inquiry Tracking Tool
  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, MOQ, and lead time
  • Maintain conversation with active leads to answer questions and get them ready for ordering

3. Receive product development requests

  • Receive all product details and ensure a smooth handoff to the Product Development and Sampling teams.
  • Work with Product Development and Sampling team in the development of new products
  • Work with operations team for product pricing and estimates

4. Process customer’s orders

  • Create invoices and coordinate with customers for payment
  • Receive all order details and ensure a smooth handoff to Manufacturing
  • Follow-up with manufacturing to ensure customers lead times and quality expectations are met.
  • Manage the re-order process by monitoring client purchase history and proactively reaching out to suggest reorder or upsell opportunities
  • Address any complaints or concerns related to orders, ensuring satisfactory resolution to maintain customer loyalty

5. Other responsibilities

  • Help to set and achieve quarterly Milestone goals
  • Assist with and carry out other assigned tasks, projects, and roles within the larger Purnaa Team
