Who we are:

We are an Australian based recruitment agency looking to recruit talented Business Development Executives who can help grow our business by achieving quality sales leads. You will be working in our Call Centre located at Thapathali. We will provide you with the necessary training on our service provisions and processes. You will also have ongoing support from the Business Development Managers based in Australia.

You will be responsible for:

• Business development - through both cold and warm calling on the phone
• Research and identification of prospects
• Client liaison and negotiation
• Short-list candidates and organise interviews
• To be successful in the role, you must have:
• Hunger to make lots of money
• Previous experience in appointment setting or telesales to business
• The ability to use & update a database, and communicate via emails
• Exceptional phone manner, time management & organisational skills
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets with a tenacious attitude to succeed
• Outstanding spoken and written English

What We Offer:

• Working days: Monday to Friday 
• Work hours: 6 am till 12 pm 
• Salary: Rs.25,000 per month 

• Commission & Bonuses of Rs.25,000 per month based on your job performance
