Job Description

  • Identify, visit and communicate with the prospective corporate clients and/or individuals to explain the services and convince them to take any of the service
  • Understand the requirements of clients, identify and recommend the right candidates to them for various positions
  • Manage, operate and monitor employment deal and projects
  • Continuous follow up with existing/ prospective clients for business opportunities
  • Prepare effective strategies, meet with concern stakeholders to achieve the project overall sales service target
  • Build up networking in local level to assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Link up with local stakeholders for increasing brand awareness for the company within the community as well as for various training programs to the job seekers related to different job profiles
  • Identify and address local level needs to maintain fruitful relationships with local customers and establish good relationships with them
  • Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output
  • Maintain good relationship with local level government to initiate activities to the clients and job seekers
  • Work closely with concerned authority to consistently improve our product line
  • Reporting to Senior Management on overall progress and activities on each day of the project
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by the concerned authority

  • Gross salary of NRs.35,000.00 to  40,000.00 + attractive incentives
