  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years experience in a Supervisory position at a related field  OR, Intermediate with minimum of 3 years experience in a Supervisory position in a related field.

  • Working Knowledge of sales, admin, and finance in a branch setting will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Develop and implement a sales plan and meet the monthly sales target of the branch
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshoot requests
  • Meet operations/logistics targets of the branch to ensure uninterrupted delivery of Field Services
  • Ensure prompt response and effective customer service to branch’s customers, both at the field and those visiting the branch office
  • Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Responsible for the overall operation of the branch including sales, customer services, human resources, and administration.
