Your answer to this question could help you crack or lose the deal. So, preparation before an interview is important considering the foresaid point.

Understanding requirements of the job  
It's important to understand the importance of the question. Because it all comes down to how can you benefit the company? 

Scan the description and list requirement of the job and your own skills and strengths. Analyze both of them to determine the matching skills of what they're seeking for and what you have got in yourself. Do not forget to mention your other personal skills which may be useful for the job position. 

Assemble your argument
