Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintaining and creating biomedical technology machines, equipment, and software that can be used for diagnosing and treating medical problems.
Installing and calibrating biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
Evaluating the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical machines, equipment, and software.
Maintaining and repairing biomedical machines and equipment, when needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their requirements and provide technical support as needed.
Keeping up-to-date service histories on all biomedical machines and equipment.
Conduct research and analyze data to improve existing biomedical systems and processes.
Training clinicians and other personnel on how to use biomedical machines and equipment, safely and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and clinicians to achieve project goals.
Participate in product development cycles from concept to commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Support quality control and assurance processes for biomedical products.
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies for biomedical devices.
Uphold ethical standards and promote best practices in biomedical engineering within the organization.
Writing reports and documents detailing protocols, policies, standards of use, maintenance, and repairs of biomedical equipment, machines, and software.
Disseminating knowledge about the biomedical field through writing, teaching, or consulting

Job Specification

Required Education Level:Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Diploma in Electronics
Proven experience working within the field of the biomedical sector. Experience in laboratory support is highly preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional team-working and communication skills.
