Department: Mechanical / Plant & Equipment
Job Summary:
The Mechanical Incharge is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment, vehicles, and heavy machinery at the hydropower construction site. This role ensures optimal availability, reliability, and performance of construction equipment, supports project execution by minimizing downtime, and enforces strict compliance with safety and quality standards. The Mechanical Incharge also supervises mechanics and workshop staff, coordinates with vendors and suppliers, and contributes to the smooth operation of site activities.
