Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Officer / Manager (CA / Semi-Qualified CA) to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise and the ability to manage financial operations efficiently while supporting senior management in strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
Coordinate with departments to collect financial data and generate reports
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
Conduct variance analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities
Resolve accounting discrepancies and respond to financial inquiries
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations
Assist in year-end audits and tax preparation processes
Stay updated on regulatory changes and accounting standards
Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations as required
