Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or engineering environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, practical field experience, and the ability to supervise operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily mechanical and production operations.
Operate, monitor, and maintain mechanical equipment and machinery.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure machines run efficiently with minimal downtime.
Oversee preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with engineering and production teams to improve workflow.
Prepare operational and maintenance reports.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a machine operator in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and industrial machinery.
Ability to read technical drawings and machine manuals.
Good leadership and supervisory skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Understanding of safety and quality standards.
