AAIN is seeking competent, committed and result-oriented candidates for the position of Human Resource, Organisational Development & Safeguarding Manager (HROD&S). HROD&S Manager ensures the development, update, and implementation of human resources and safeguarding policies, procedures, and systems for AAIN which are aligned to the AAIN Country Strategic Plan; and ensures adherence to HR good practices of AAI Global HROD Framework and Standards, and compliance with all local labor laws and other statutory requirements in Nepal.

Job Description

The Associate HR Officer will facilitate in strengthening HROD Policy and system practices in line with the CSP objectives and Global HR standards. S/He will assist in HROD policy, procedure and systems implementation and ensuring compliance and support in recruitments and Human Resource Information Management System (HRMIS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support and coordinate Human Resource life cycle
  • Provide support to ensure policy compliance for maintaining consistency in HROD Policy, Procedure and Systems at the organisational level 
  • Assist in preparing policy guidelines and system related to HROD
  • Manage HRMIS and ensure timely updates in the system
  • Ensure the security measures are followed by staff

Person specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management with minimum two years professional experience in similar role
