  • Excellent planning, coordinating and time management skills.

Job Description

  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
  • Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and hiring analytics
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information
  • Handling the employee insurance process appropriately.
  •  Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
  • Liaising with managers and employees to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programs
  • Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
  • Compiling and presenting training information
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via trainings
