  • Coordinating with the department head to determine staffing needs and obtaining approval to open a vacancy for the requirement
  • Drafting accurate and effective job description
  • Communicating with recruiting agency regarding the vacancy
  • Screening resumes and applications
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements & applicant qualifications with managers
  • Managing the interview of candidate by coordinating schedules
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Organizing and managing new employee orientation
  • Coordinating with the department head for relevant training
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job opening
  • Maintaining timely reports on employment activity.
