  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in the Digital Marketing & Communication Department.
  • Completion of at least 3 months of digital marketing courses covering topics such as Social Media Management, Google Ads (Search Network & Display Network), Google Analytics, and basics of Search Engine Optimization (keyword research, link-building essentials, content planning, and search trends).
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in both English and Nepali, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel as required.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Photoshop (Ps) and Illustrator (Ai).

Job Description

  • Oversee and maintain the organization's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across platforms.
  • Craft compelling and engaging content for social media posts, keeping the target audience in mind and adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and dealers to understand promotional needs and provide digital marketing materials accordingly, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Liaise with external advertising agencies and internal Marketing Communications team to conceptualize, develop, and execute various campaigns and creative posts.
  • Visit dealerships to offer training sessions on digital marketing promotion strategies, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively promote the brand digitally.
  • Oversee the organization's website, mobile app, and other digital assets, ensuring they are updated, user-friendly, and optimized for performance.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for new digital marketing campaigns, keeping abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences.
  • Actively participate in cross-brand promotional activities, collaborating with other brands to expand reach and visibility.
  • Identify and pursue collaborations with brands that align with the organization's values and objectives, leveraging partnerships for mutual promotional benefits.
  • Regularly analyze social media and website performance metrics using various analytics tools, extracting insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve engagement.
  • Proactively research and stay updated on trending keywords and topics on Google Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs), incorporating relevant keywords into digital marketing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive calendar plan for social media posts and website updates in collaboration with the Digital Agency team and internal Marketing Communications team, ensuring timely and strategic content distribution.
