  • Should have minimum 5-6 years of experience 
  • Candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Must possess positive attitude, polite manners and pleasant personality
  • Having good corresponding skill
  • Having sufficient knowledge of tasks performed in a Tour department
  • Should be able to work under pressure and able to handle any situation with patience and best result oriented

Job Description

  • Develop new tour packages along with costing
  • Designing flexible tour packages to meet the needs of different clients
  • Exploring and identifying new business opportunities
  • Making sure all travel arrangements run according to plan and that accommodation, meals and service are perfect
  • Liaising with hotels, travel arrangements , restaurants and other clients
  • Ensuring that the tour is running smoothly for all members of the group
  • Dealing with emergencies i.e. guest who is unwell or those needing to contact family members, etc
  • Reporting and maintaining records of trip
  • Keeping a log of guest feedback and notify of any changes required
