Job Description

  • Write business letters & correspondences, reports, emails and office memoranda using word processing programs
  • Answer telephone enquiries, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries
  • Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, scanners, computers and faxes
  • Assist with all aspects of Placement & Internship management, logistics & data management.
  • Coordination with Local Embassies and Nepal Government Agencies & Offices
  • Assist with students presentation in PowerPoint
  • Manage files, papers and documents
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities
  • Sending out and receiving mail and packages
  • Perform multifaceted general office support
  • Research
