  • Should be helpful and encouraging towards his / her working colleagues
  • Should have pleasant personality with a perfect communication skill and able to work under pressure & meet deadlines

Job Description

  • Assisting with ticketing and customer service, reconciling daily sales, updating and troubleshooting the computerized ticketing system, and scheduling and organizing staff
  • Ensure superior customer service and have a positive experience in customer service techniques, monitoring the performance of staff, complying with customer requests to the extent possible, and using discretion and independent judgment in solving problems quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Should be able to promote business with sales & marketing
  • Full Time in professional ticketing department
