To be one of the leaders of the core agency team responsible for developing & executing effective advertising campaign for all assigned clients. The Asst. Manager-Media is responsible for setting the bar for strategic and creative thinking in all media services.
- Manage the client’s media and buying needs.
- Research and identify the medium or the combination of mediums to communicate messages to the target audience.
- Research and identify latest trend and new advertising mediums in the market.
- Analyze the budget and the campaign objective to develop media strategy.
- Supervise media planning, buying and scheduling.
- Discuss projects with the clients and the media team.
- Manage the execution of the authorized plans, purchase order and media payments.
- Approve advertising billing and invoices for payment. Communicate with agencies and outside vendors for billing issues and dispute
- resolution.
- Train and supervise the media department employees.
- Imitate accurate and detailed paperwork for jobs that are input into the production and accounting system and follow the process from
- beginning to end.
- Conduct service review meetings with clients and ensure that standard of service is maintained.
- Oversee the analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors information.
- Monitor, review and report on all media activities and status/results.
- Build relationship with media houses and media sales companies and also able to negotiate rates for most competitive prices.
