Tourism is a major contributor to the Nepalese economy. With a clear focus to enter the real estate business, the group decided to expand into the hospitality sector.Through this project The Golyan Group wishes to increase its footprint in the Nepalese hospitality industry. The company has signed on experienced consultants for the design and implementation of the project. The under constructed hotel is slated to be operational by 1st quarter of 2019.

After detailed analysis the company has shortlisted Hyatt Hotel Group (HHG) of HYATT fame, to manage the proposed hotel. The hotel will be flagged "HYATT PLACE-KTM", a new brand owned by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, USA. It will be a select service upscale hotel catering to both the business and leisure traveller.

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years
Other Specification
  • Must have completed Bachelors in Accounting or Law
  • Must have 5 years’ experience on site of commercial scope
  • Must have experience in Hotel projects/ real-estate/ Malls is a must
  • Must have excellent Communication skill 
  • Should have proficient in Microsoft word Excel and Emails 
  • Should have good working knowledge in Accounting Software- Tally
  • Must have good working knowledge of LC, TT transaction and related banking documentation (Must)

Job Description

  • Study and Preparation of all Contracts + PO
  • Check Pro-forma Invoice for Imports & verify Goods Receipt against PO
  • Highlight and resolve any discrepancy between the quantity & Specifications in the bills and the BOQ
  • Review contractor RA bills with respect to the final BOQ
  • Prepare Contractor file and update contracts status report
  • LC & TT documentation, Form Fill up and submit to Banks
  • Custom expenses preparation and follow-up for clearance
  • Visit Nepal Rastra Bank and Taking Approval of foreign payments
  • Update Project Cost Plan and ensure expenses are booked under correct Account Heads
  • Reporting for Project Progress and Cash flow Projection
