The company has signed on experienced consultants for the design and implementation of the project. The under constructed hotel is slated to be operational by 1st quarter of 2019.After detailed analysis the company has shortlisted Hyatt Hotel Group (HHG) of HYATT fame, to manage the proposed hotel. The hotel will be flagged "HYATT PLACE-KTM", a new brand owned by Hyatt Hotels Corporation, USA. It will be a select service upscale hotel catering to both the business and leisure traveller.
