Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
Good understanding of labor laws
Proficient in MS Office and other applicable tools
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good decision-making skills
Preferred Masters from reputed university
Good listener

Knowledge about the labor act
Payroll Management
Performance management of all the Factory Employees
Conduct Job analysis for each job to know the worth and reward him accordingly
Management of salaries and wages for the employees
Identified KPIs for HR department
Plan, implement and manage the overall resource pool
Provide counseling and support on policies and procedures
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
Create, implement and manage on boarding plans
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Maintaining employee records and paperwork
Additional training in HR and certification will be a plus
Overall knowledge of HR function
