  • Oversee the day to day operations and deployment of office
  • Monitoring the administration and internal operations department
  • Liaising with various departments of the organization
  • Leading the HR Department
  • Developing organizational policies
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors/sub contractors
  • Maintaining corporate relationships, PR and Business Development
  • Leading the Account department/cost analysis and other commercial activities
