Effective communicator in writing , presentations and interpersonal communications
Demonstrate a very high degree of Confidentiality
Strong knowledge on financial / accounting legal provisions
Regularly improve on time effectiveness
Gradually develop the ability to design, implement and revise accounting systems and policies of the company
MS Office package know-how (advance level)

Maintaining accurate and legally compliable financial records at all times
Regularly update on (a) project progress and (b) payments from clients and principals as per project consultancy agreement and (c) payments to be made to resource persons
Develop and interpret complex financial report for forecasting trending and result analysis
Monitor daily accounting transactions of miscellaneous nature maintained by junior colleagues. Review the same before final approval from the MD
Monitor periodic cash flow statements and recommend cost control measures where necessary
Prepare periodic operational budgets to be approved by the MD (recommend contingency funds where appropriate)
Responsible for petty cash management
Ensure effective use of the Management Information System (MIS) to generate financial reports required by the Management
Ensure internal audits are done on a timely manner
Coordinate efficiently with external auditors of the company to complete statutory audits
Liaising with banks, financial institutions and government bodies involving business activities to ensure proper compliance with laws and accounting practices.
