Here’s What an Ordinary Day of Work Might Look Like:

Manage all projects within the system and ensure they are updated with current progress and submissions.
Handle and coordinate the building permit application process.
Accurately enter new jobs into the system based on client requests and brief the design team accordingly.
Follow up with clients to clarify missing information or instructions.
Prepare and submit council documents, reports, and applications as required.
Coordinate between the design team and clients to ensure smooth project flow and timely delivery.
Maintain accurate digital filing and documentation systems in accordance with company procedures.
Track project progress, monitor deadlines, and update project statuses in the system (e.g., ClickUp).
Identify discrepancies or missing items in job submissions and communicate them to relevant team members.
Answer and manage professional phone calls in English with Australian clients.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Minimum 3 years of work experience in project coordination, architectural or a related field
Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Clickup, Microsoft Project or similar is an added advantage
The ability to manage multiple projects at once
A minimum commitment of 3 years
