We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Senior Architect to lead and manage large-scale architectural projects, including hotels, mixed-use developments, and residential complexes. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, creative vision, and leadership skills to deliver exceptional design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead projects from concept through design development and construction documentation.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Prepare architectural presentations for client and municipal approvals.
Provide guidance to the site project management team, contractors, and vendors during construction.
Conduct preliminary architectural studies and research for new projects.
Resolve complex design challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
Mentor and manage junior architects and designers.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 10 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or Landscape Design preferred.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, preferably in large-scale hotel, mixed-use, or residential projects.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Excellent creative, visualization, and presentation abilities.
Knowledge of building codes, regulatory standards, and best architectural practices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and other relevant design software.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic project environment.
