Roles and responsibilities of this job

Our client is an Australian-based property company seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce property marketing materials, including lot flyers, brochures, and digital assets. This is an offshore role, working closely with our Australian team to ensure designs align with our brand and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design property lot flyers for residential and commercial developments.
Create visually appealing brochures, social media graphics, and marketing collateral.
Work with the Australian team to ensure all designs meet branding and content standards.
Adapt templates for different properties while maintaining consistent branding.
Prepare files for both digital distribution and print production.
Incorporate images, floor plans, and other property-specific visuals into designs.
Deliver work on time and to high-quality standards while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in real estate, property marketing, or construction.
Proficiency in design software.
Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work remotely and collaborate with a team in a different time zone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
Portfolio demonstrating property marketing or similar visual design work.

Ideal Candidate:

Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple design projects.
Understanding of Australian property marketing conventions is a plus.
Comfortable producing both digital and print-ready materials.
