We are seeking an Admission / GS Officer to join our Education Consultancy team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting students throughout the admission and general services (GS) process, ensuring accurate documentation, timely submissions, and compliance with institutional and visa requirements. You will play a key role in coordinating with students, partner institutions, and internal teams to help students successfully progress toward their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate regularly with universities to track application status, submit required documents, and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Oversee the complete admissions cycle for students, ensuring all academic, financial, and GS documents meet university and visa standards.
Respond to student and agent inquiries in a professional manner, maintaining composure and clarity during high-volume or time-sensitive periods.
Guide branch offices and partner agents on admission criteria, GS documentation, financial evidence, academic requirements, and university regulations.
Review, verify, and organise all admission-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Keep up to date with changes in Australian admission procedures, GS guidelines, financial requirement, and document verification practices.
Maintain accurate student records using CRM systems, Google Drive, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure applications are submitted on time and follow up efficiently with universities.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

At least one year of experience in student admissions, preferably with Australian institutions.
In-depth knowledge of Australian GS criteria, academic evaluation, financial documentation, and verification processes.
Practical experience in preparing and managing admission documents such as offer letters, COE applications, GS statements, and financial papers.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, email correspondence, Google Drive, and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support agents and counsel students effectively.
Proven ability to handle multiple applications simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy and compliance.
