Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager / Manager — Study Abroad to lead and manage overseas education operations. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems, university admissions, and study visa processes, along with strong leadership and training capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Excellent knowledge of the overseas education system, universities, Admissions and the Study Visa Process.
Promote overseas Universities within the organization's territories, conduct and support teams for various events, workshops, university seminars, and other marketing activities.
Train team members for overseas partner universities, their admission and visa Process.
Strategize and develop new markets to promote the overseas institution portfolio and generate business.
Set conversion targets with management, share with the team, and achieve the same.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any specialization
6–8 years of relevant experience in overseas education, admissions, study visa processing, or related fields
Excellent knowledge of study visas, applications & admissions for overseas education.
Strong training skills to train team members.
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to details
Ability to deliver product training and onboarding
Highly organized and capable of handling multiple caseloads
Effective listening skills
Proven ability to work independently
Should be open to travel within India & Overseas
